This new facility houses the school district administration staff and includes a divisible public meeting space with individual touch panel monitors for each dais member and audio/video feeds for the media.
The design is based on high resolution video walls and video teleconferencing equipment that can be controlled from several operating positions. Large, detailed maps and other critical data can be shared between the offices and displayed on either desktop monitors or the large video walls.

The boardroom upgrade project involved complete replacement of the originally installed AV systems including projector/screen, dais monitors and a touch panel control system including wireless support of presenter tablets & smart phones.
Multiple video teleconferencing suites were designed to allow remote classroom education (distance learning). Twelve field offices were also upgraded with video teleconferencing systems.
